   - C&C Landscaping will make reasonable efforts to complete the project promptly.

4. Materials and Subcontractors:
   - C&C Landscaping reserves the right to select materials and subcontractors to ensure project quality.
   - All materials used will be of high quality and compliant with industry standards.

5. Permits and Regulations:
   - The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and approvals for the project.
   - Compliance with local laws and regulations is the client's responsibility.

6. Changes and Modifications:
   - Changes to the project must be requested in writing and may result in additional costs and adjustments to the timeline.

7. Warranty:
   - C&C Landscaping offers a warranty on workmanship as specified in the agreement.
   - Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

8. Termination:
   - Either party may terminate the agreement in writing for material breach.
   - In case of termination, fees for services rendered and costs for materials procured may be assessed.

9. Liability:
   - C&C Landscaping shall not be liable for any damages or injuries caused by natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen events.

10. Insurance:
   - C&C Landscaping maintains insurance coverage as required by law.
   - The client is responsible for any additional insurance requirements related to the project.

11. Dispute Resolution:
   - Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation.

12. Entire Agreement:
   - These Terms, along with any signed proposal or agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
